The password for your Citizen Connected account can be changed by opening the Citizen Connected phone app, tap on the menu icon in the top left, then tap on your email/username.
Do note, at this time, if you created a username and password to login to the citizenwatch.com e-commerce site, that uses a different login than our app so even if you use the same email and password in both places, changing one of these in either place will not update to the other place. Lastly, if you login with another account, like Google or Facebook, you need to go to that company's site or apps to change your passwords.
