To get the most accurate heart rate reading, ensure your Gen 2 watch is high and tight on the arm with the sensors flat against your skin above the wrist bone.
- You may experience interference due to temperature, sweat, irregular movement or tattoos
Be sure your watch is kept at still as possible and remove any condensation between device and skin.
- Tattoos on your wrist may impact the effectiveness of the sensors; wear your watch on the other hand if your skin is clear
- If your skin is cold or if you have poor circulation, warm up before starting your exercise to help improve heart rate readings.
