After an order with a band size has been submitted, we are unable to make any modifications to the order. Any links removed from your watch will be returned with the order should you need to have it adjusted.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your watch band to be sized. Our experienced technicians size the watch especially for you by hand.
If you did not opt for the free sizing at the time of purchase, we kindly recommend visiting a local jeweler nearest you to have your watch adjusted to your preferred wrist size.
Proper bracelet sizing requires special expertise and experience.
