View your Citizen online order status HERE at any time by entering your order number, email and billing zip code, or by signing into your account.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, when bracelet band sizing is required.
Note that orders placed after 2PM ET will begin processing for shipping on the following business day. If placed on Friday after 2PM ET, the order will begin processing on the following non holiday business day.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so that you can track delivery progress.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed, and from time to time, unforeseen circumstances in transit may occur that are out of our control.
To keep your items safe and ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend you have your order(s) shipped to a secure location, where you or someone you know will be present to receive the merchandise. If it’s been more than 24 hours since your tracking information was updated to “delivered” status and you have not received your merchandise, please contact us to further assist you. At that time, we will proceed with filing a claim investigation with the carrier. It generally will take approx. 8 business days to receive a resolution.
