If you would like to return a Citizen watch that you either gave or received as a Holiday gift, please obtain a Return Authorization by visiting www.citizenwatch.com/returns to generate a shipping label. You will need your email address, billing zip code, and order number to start the process.
If you are unable to use the online service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (800) 321-1023 and provide the following information:
- The email address associated with your order
- Your order number
- Your return reason code (choose from below):
- CR = Changed Mind
- NA = Not as Pictured or Described
- BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
- MS = Other (please describe)
Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise being returned or exchanged is received.
We only accept returns of watches in original condition (e.g. unworn, no scratches) in the original packaging, original tickets, and warranty card. Any links that were removed when being sized must also be returned.
If any items are missing from the return package (including any gifts with purchase), a partial refund may be applied.
