Customers have 2 options when requesting to close/ opt out from their Citizen Loyalty Rewards Program. Please review the available options below. Once you have determined which option works best for you, please email us via the Customer Service department on the CONTACT US page.
- (Recommend) You may chose to Anonymize your information (name and email) from the program and not receive any emails regarding it. However, it will still preserve all your customer activity, history, and events should you wish to change your mind in the future.
- (Irreversible) The alternate option would be to Opt-Out of the Loyalty Reward Program. With this action you will no longer earn points for your purchases or related program activations. Should you change your mind in the future, you will have to sign up again and your points balance will begin at 0. All of the previously points earned will no longer exist.
