Price Matching
If you buy a qualifying watch from Citizenwatch.com/us, and find the exact same watch for less at an authorized online retailer (with the exception of any Outlet), a price match request may be submitted via the CONTACT US page. Select "question about a product".
Please submit the competitors website link for validation. Upon approval, we will proceed with further instructions.
A price match may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days of purchase date for a price adjustment which will be made back to the original form of payment or via a Citizen eGift card.
Price Adjustments After Purchase
If we (or an authorized online retailer) mark down the price of a watch you've already purchased, we will gladly honor the "better price" , upon verification, within 14 days of your shipment date.
Our ability to price match or honor sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be identical in model # (color and size)
- The Citizen watch must be in stock at the authorized online retailer and on Citizenwatch.com/us
- We do not price match to any Outlet/Discounted locations
- We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions, promotional offers, coupons or shipping offers.
- We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on non-U.S.-based online retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers and off price department stores.
- Price adjustments do not apply in combination with current or previous promotions or coupons such as Welcome Offers
- We will only make one price adjustment per item
- Price adjustments may be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase or we can issue a Citizen eGift card
