How can I turn in my old watch battery?
Consumers can turn in their old watch batteries or watches by visiting a CITIZEN flagship location in Times Square NYC or one of our CITIZEN company store locations nationwide. Batteries can also be mailed to: (address TBC)

Will you accept old watches?
Yes, you can turn in your entire watch with the battery included.
What will you do with the batteries?
Batteries collected will be used by eco-artist Sayaka Ganz to create an original piece of work. Any batteries not used in the creation of her design will be responsibly recycled by CITIZEN.
Do I need to turn in a watch/ battery to receive the promotion offer?
The Eco-Drive promotion is available to anyone who wishes to purchase an Eco-Drive timepiece from April 18-29, 2022.
Will I receive a pre-paid shipping label if I mail in a battery?
Customers will be responsible for covering the postage cost.
Where will the savings be donated to?
Citizen will be donating customer's savings from the special Eco-Drive Earth week event to their corporate partner 1% for the Planet in support of funding a non-profit environmental project.
