Processing Time, Prior to Shipping
We aim to ship all orders accordingly. We try our very best to ship orders (placed before 2pm ET) that do not require bracelet band sizing, on the same day.
If bracelet sizing is required, please allow up to 3 business days* for your order to be processed prior to shipping.
Orders placed after 2PM ET on Friday's will begin processing on the following non-holiday business day. Orders with bracelet sizing require up to 3 additional business days for processing, prior to shipping, as sizing is handled on demand by our expert technicians. Our complimentary bracelet sizing service is exclusive to Citizenwatch.com.
During a holiday period , we may face an increased volume of orders, and our watch technicians diligently work to ensure that the watches are sized appropriately. Your patience and understanding during these times are greatly appreciated.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. However, please allow 24 hrs. after the email has been sent for the tracking details to be active on the carrier portal.
Please note that severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt UPS services.
