If UPS says that the package has been delivered, but you can not find it, The first step is to check all around your home and property, including exterior doors, patios and garages. Also, you may want to consider checking with neighbors or household members as the package may have been left at a neighboring address or with a household member.
If you still can not find it, please CONTACT US, with the order number so that we may initiate a UPS claim investigation. After a claim has been opened with UPS, the investigation will take 8 business days to hear back on their findings. We will be sure to update you along the way.
