If, within 14 days of your shipment date, we lower the price of a watch you purchased directly from us on Citizenwatch.com, we will honor the sale price upon validation.
A price adjustment request may be submitted via the CONTACT US page. Please include a screenshot of the advertised sale price for validation.
Price adjustment terms and conditions:
- The item must be the same model (color and size)
- Only one price adjustment per item
- Adjustments can be credited to your original payment method or issued as a Citizen eGift card
