Initiating a Return
If you would like to return your Citizenwatch.com purchase, you may initiate your return and generate a free return shipping label online. For a refund to be issued, item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, and must be in original condition (unworn, with all Citizen packaging/inserts, and any removed links included). Any gift-with-purchase items must also be returned. Gift cards & expedited shipping charges are not refundable. Please note we do not accept returns for items purchased from our retail partners.
If you are unable to use the online self service, please submit a request via our Contact Us page by selecting the Customer Service Department and Returns & Exchanges. Please provide the following information:
- The email address associated with your order
- Your order number
- Your return reason code (choose from below):
- CR = Changed Mind
- NA = Not as Pictured or Described
- BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
- MS = Other (please describe)
Return Processing & Refunds
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. To track your return, please refer to the UPS tracking number issued with your return request.
Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction, and may take an additional 10-14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution/issuer.
