If you would like to return your purchase, you may initiate your return and generate your free return shipping label online. Items indicated as "Final Sale" on the product detail pages cannot be returned.
For a refund to be issued, item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, and must be in original condition (unworn, with all Citizen packaging/inserts, and any removed links included). Any gift-with-purchase items must also be returned.
We do not accept returns for items purchased from our retail partners.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. To track your return, please refer to the UPS tracking number issued with your return request.
Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction, and may take an additional 3-5 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution/issuer.
