On occasion, Order and Shipping Confirmation emails are sent to the spam or junk folders, or appear on the Promotions tab in Gmail. Please be sure to check those folders and allow emails from Citizen to go into your Inbox.
If you paid with Paypal, please make sure to check the email account associated with your PayPal account.
If you have checked and still do not see any confirmation emails from us, send an email to customercare@citizenwatch.com and we would be happy to confirm your order has been received, as well as resend your Order Confirmation emails.
To ensure our emails reach you in the future, please add customercare@citizenwatch.com to your Contacts or save the senders list.
