As of 12/31/2026, we will no longer provide service for the CITIZEN CONNECTED App and functions used in conjunction with the CITIZEN CONNECTED App.
The affected models: YF05 / YF10 / YF20 / YF30 / P991
- On and after 1/1/2027, the CITIZEN CONNECTED App and smartwatch may experience issues due to software updates on your smartphone and/or smartphone OS.
- Please note after 1/1/2027, there is no warranty on the CITIZEN CONNECTED SMART WATCH and we are not liable for the function of the CITIZEN CONNECTED App.
