Yes, we do offer price matching.
If you buy a qualifying watch from our direct website and find the exact same watch for less (or cheaper) at an authorized online retailer (with the exception of any Outlet), a price match request may be submitted via the CONTACT US page. Select "question about a product".
Send us a link to the product page displaying the same product offered at a lower price for validation. Upon approval, we will proceed with further instructions.
A price match may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days from purchase date for a price adjustment that will be made back to the original form of payment.
Here are the price match terms and conditions:
- The item must be identical in model # (color and size)
- The Citizen watch must be in stock at the authorized online retailer and on Citizenwatch.com/us
- We do not price match to any Outlet/Discounted locations
- We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions, promotional offers, coupons or shipping offers.
- We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on non-U.S.-based online retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers and off-price department stores.
- We will only make one price match per item
- Price adjustments may be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase
