I'm having trouble installing updates or getting an error when updating my watch. What should I do?
- Do not turn off your phone or close the Citizen Connected App while the update is in progress.
- Please make sure your phone's Bluetooth is ON, Wi-Fi/3G is ON your phone, your watch is close to phone and your watch is connected to your phone.
- Alternatively, you can manually update the app by going to Profile > Select your Active Watch > Tap on Update.
